Abstract This Ministerial Decision issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment and Water Resources is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 forbids the gathering and transportation of dry wood from private or public estates without a permit from the Ministry. Anyone who gathers or transports dry wood is subject to a fine of at least 5 Riyals and at the most 50 Riyals (art. 2). Whoever contravenes the stipulations of the permit that has been granted will be punished with a fine of at least 3 riyals and a maximum of 25 Riyals.
