Abstract This Ministerial Decision amends the Regulations on waste water reuse and discharge by replacing article 2 with the following text: “Except for licences issued by the Ministry, the discharge of waste water proceeding from waste water treatment plants is banned. Likewise, the discharge of water from oil and refineries is also banned, except with permission issued by the Ministry.
