This Ministerial Decision enters into force on 21 April 1991.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decision is composed of 3 articles and one Annex. Article 1 states that the authorities concerned are presented with their responsibilities in the attached Annex. These relate to implementing the Protocol on Marine Pollution resulting from Exploration and Exploitation of the Continental Shelf. The Ministry of Environment is in charge of the communication and coordination between the Regional Organization for the protection of the Marine Environment and the authorities concerned in the implementation of the provisions of the Protocol. The attached Annex lists a series of specific tasks and the Ministry Responsible and the Ministry assigned to assist in that particular task.
