Abstract This Decision approves the percentages of raw materials for the production of beer with components: malt in percentage at least 50 percent and wheat up to 50 percent, water, hop and yeast. The process of making this type of beer shall be similar with the one followed for the production of beer made out of malt. Receiving of malt and wheat quantities, on behalf of the brewery, as raw materials for beer production, shall be done after relative notification to the competent authority. In general the process of control of the raw materials for the production of wheat beer should be similar with the process of control for malt beer. Full text Greek Website www.et.gr
