Abstract

This Ministerial Decision provides for determining an annual reimbursement fee per each live animal, in order to finance the National Dead Animal Collection and Management Programme (EPSYD), in compliance with the provisions of article 15, paragraph 3 of the Law no. 4351 of 2015. According to the Decision, the reimbursement fee is determined for each facilities, depending on the number of live animals kept, and on the declared populations of sheep, cattle and pigs. The Decision defines: method of payment of the reimbursement fee; calculation, payment process and collection of the fee; monitoring and control.
