Abstract This Presidential Decision approves the Regulation on the Maritime Cabotage Customs Regime. This Regulation, establishes the specific rules and procedures on the transport of goods and values in the Maritime Cabotage Customs Regime. It applies to goods in free circulation and which, having been imported, have not been declared, or are under another customs regime on condition that they are transported, in a ship other than the one from the import, from one point to another, from the same customs territory, where they are unloaded.
