Abstract This Ministerial Decision amends the Regulations for organizing the use of water desalination units in wells No. 342 of 1997. Article 1 requires that the words “licence” and “licences” be replaced by the words “permit” and “permits” wherever they are mentioned in the Regulations. Article 2 replaces article 17 of the Regulations. The expression “inventoried and registered wells” in article 3 of the Regulations should be replaced by the expression “registered wells”.
