This Ministerial Decision enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decision amends the Regulations for organizing the use of water desalination units in wells No. 342 of 1997. Article 1 requires that the words “licence” and “licences” be replaced by the words “permit” and “permits” wherever they are mentioned in the Regulations. Article 2 replaces article 17 of the Regulations. The expression “inventoried and registered wells” in article 3 of the Regulations should be replaced by the expression “registered wells”.
