Abstract This Ministerial Decision consists of 5 articles. Article 1 requires that owners of farms and property by roads, streets, and public places in towns and villages remove dry date palms found on their farms and property as they make the landscape look ugly. The Director of Municipalities has the authority to enforce the law in the implementation of the provisions of this Decision and in the case of a violation inform the Wali (art. 2).
