This Ministerial Decision enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decision establishes the prohibition to import meat from all commercial establishments under investigation in the Federate Republic of Brazil. This prohibition aims to ensure the protection of the health of Angolan consumers, imposing to importers to attach in the import process the declaration of the establishment of origin and the national laboratories Food Quality Control, under the coordination of the Institute of Veterinary Services, which shall carry out the analysis and certification of all imported goods on arrival. The list of establishments under investigation is appended to the text.
