This Ministerial Decision enters into force on 1 January 2008.

Abstract

This Ministerial Decision is composed of 6 articles and two Tables. Article 1 states that pesticides that are forbidden and those that have restricted application are defined according to Tables A and B. Article 2 bans the manufacture, importation or handling of pesticides listed in Table A. Companies and institutions in possession of these banned pesticides have 6 months from the date that this Decision enters into force to dispose of them without facing the consequences of using them or dispos
