Abstract

The Regional Administration of Southern Waters (ARA-Sul) is a company of public right, with legal character, as well as administrative and financial autonomy, under the Ministry of Labour and Waters. Its social purpose is the management of water resources relating to its region by planning, execution or evaluation of river basin resources, control on public water domain, granting licences, etc.
