Abstract This Ministerial Decision is composed of 9 articles. The management of the Turtle Nature Reserve is to be carried out according to the plan drawn up by the Ministry (art. 1). No admission to the reserve is permitted except after obtaining written permission issued by the Ministry. Visits to turtle nesting beaches at night must be accompanied by guides or observers. Other restrictions are specified in article 2.
