This Decision enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decision amends art.15 bis 6 and prohibits fishing, owning and circulating shrimps in Oman during the period of fertilization, reproduction and the natural growth, which starts from the 1st December up to the 31st of August. It also specifies the kinds of nets are allowed or prohibited for shrimp fishing and that the permitted quantities for companies and fishermen are indicated by permits issued by the competent authority.
