It establishes the amount, modalities and requirements for the payment of the aid and the list of products covered by the aid regime. With a view to ensure a better organization of the control service, a new procedure has been established for the licensing of the enterprises and of the purchaser, as well as the modalities, conditions and criteria for the licensing. Section 9 concerns time limits and modalities to be satisfied by the applicants for the aid. The State Agency for Interventions in the Agricultural Market (AIMA) and the local authorities are in charge of the controls of all the operations concerning the payment of the aid. Furthermore, the Circular makes provisions for the checks to be carried out on the applications with particular reference to the information provided by the enterprise or the purchaser concerned.
