The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1978.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to shaft and inclined haulage installations. In particular, the Ordinance establishes how often and what shaft and inclined haulage installations must be regularly checked by an expert authority in view of protection of the environment. The text consists of 73 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Administrative proceedings (II); Commissioning and control (III); Operation of installations (IV); Final provisions (V).
