Prospectors must apply for a prospecting licence that shall be granted after the payment of a fee. Lands alienated for the purpose of mining operations shall be paid off as rent and royalties. Lands comprise also the continental shelf. Mining leases shall comply with land laws as per the survey, delimitations, land tenure and revenues and acquisition. In the attached Schedules are listed the mining lease forms for the prospecting of minerals, according to the kind and quantity. Full text English
