Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 43 sections divided into eight Parts, regulate and secure the safety and health of persons engaged in mining operations; assist employers and employees to identify and reduce hazards relating to mining operations, by eliminating those risks, or imposing effective controls in order to minimize them.
