Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to investigation by inspectors. In this connexion, section 2 establishes that an inspector may, during the exploration, development, operation, closure or abandonment of a mine, investigate any matter relating directly or indirectly to the health and safety of any person or the public. The text consists of 1 section.
