Abstract

This Act, consisting of 82 sections, concerns the inspection of mines and the treatment of products of such mines. The Act provides for the management and organization of mines and mining activities (Part 2 and Part 3), for the appointment and carrying out of inspections (Part 4) and for tourists and educational activities to be conducted in mines and abandoned mines (Part 4A).
