Amendments of the basic Law establish that article 47 is amended as follows: (a) by deleting paragraph (c) of subsection (2) replaced with the following new paragraph: Act. "c) the seizure and retention of any ore or quarry material mined, is processed, sold, purchased or possessed in violation of the provisions of this Law or pursuant thus starting Regulations, as well as all tools, motor tractors and other machines used to commit any offense in violation of this Law or pursuant thus starting Regulations".
