Abstract

The developer set out in the Schedule to this Order is exempted from provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Environmental) Regulations for the period specified therein. The exemption is granted on the condition that the developer shall operate in accordance with an Environmental Management Plan developed and agreed upon between the developer and the Director. If the developer fails to respect provisions of the Plan, the Regulations shall apply and be invoked by the Director.
