Abstract

These Regulations set out forms for applications for the following mining rights: A person may apply to the Minister for the following licences in the form set out in the First Schedule: Prospecting Licence; Mining Licence; and Large Scale Mining Licence (First Schedule), or to the Director for Small Scale Mining Licence; Gemstone Licence; and Prospecting Permit (First Schedule) or to the Authorised officer for an Artisan's Mining Right in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
