Abstract These Regulations repeal Clause 11 of the Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations entitled “Mineral Export Permit and Consignment Permit Fees”. These Regulations amend Principal Regulations by repealing the third Schedule and replacing it with text specified in Regulation 6. New third Schedule lays down fees for the application for permits and licenses, including but not limited to: prospecting licence, mining lease, mineral export permit, appeals to the Minister against the decision of the Director, and application for extension, variation, suspension, cancellation or termination of relevant permits and licenses.
