Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of health of miners. The present Ordinance shall be applied to health aptitude tests, as well as to preventive and protective measures for miners. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Occupational medical examination (2); Special provisions for hazardous substances (3); Protection against other health damages (4). Eleven Annexes are enclosed.
