Abstract

This Act amends the Mineral Development Acts 1940 to 1979 with respect to the renewal of prospecting licences, to application fees for certain State mining facilities and to offences by bodies corporate. The Act also provides for an increase in penalties for offences and for payment of expenses incurred by the Minister.
