Abstract

An Ordinance to prescribe the quality requirements in the marketing of different kinds of mineral waters as defined at the outset. Article 1 lists the required controls to ensure the high quality of Austrian Mineral Waters. Article 2 describes the procedures for the examination of samples. The marketing of natural mineral waters is subject to the authorization by the Minister for Health, Sport and Consumer Protection. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
