Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the orderly exploitation of minerals in Saskatchewan. Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply to all Crown minerals other than any Crown minerals listed in this section.
