Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 65 of the Mineral Tenure Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to mineral tenures. The text – consisting of 21 sections - deals, inter alia, with the following matters: searches, registration of new claims, exploration and development work on a claim, registering exploration and development for a claim, portable assessment credits, registering a transfer of ownership, registering a document or notice, correction of entry in registry, reports of physical exploration and development, global positioning system survey.
