These Regulations enter into force on 28 June 2006.
Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995. The Regulations, consisting of 21 sections divided into five Parts and completed by three Schedules, provide for the marking out of land in respect of lease or licence applications and prescribe rates of royalties and fees payable in respect of leases or licences. Schedules establish amendments dealing with royalties, fees and related land rental requirements.
