Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act. Section 2 of the Regulation establishes that the standards for mineral exploration in Labrador Inuit Lands agreed to by the province and the Nunatsiavut Government under section 4.11.6 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and set out in the Schedule shall apply to mineral exploration in Labrador Inuit Lands.
