The present Regulations enter into force on 27 November 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Energy and Mines Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to approved projects and programmes in general. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Prospectors incentive program (II); Corporation exploration incentive program (III); General (IV). One Appendix is enclosed
