Abstract

The present Regulation is enacted under the Mineral Tenure Act In particular, the Regulation establishes that for the purpose of paragraph (g) of the definition of "mineral" in section 1 of the afore-mentioned Act, a fossil which does not include limestone, dolomite, coal, petroleum or natural gas shall not be defined as mineral.
