Abstract

These Regulations concern the operation of mills, i.e. the facilities in which timber is manufactured into a product (sect. 2). They cover licences, define the maximum timber to be processed, provide for inspections and for the sale and purchase of timber. Under these Regulations, the disposal of mill waste is regulated as well as the mill operation in case of fire.
