The present Regulations enter into force on 1 August 1978.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Animal Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the transportation of milk. The text – consisting of 17 articles – deals with the following matters: licensing, licences under the Dairy Products Act, conditions respecting licensing of milk transport operators, licensing fees, licences to be displayed, suspension or cancellation of licences, conditions respecting deliveries from bulk tank coolers, operational procedures for milk transport operators, cleansing criteria and standards for milk transportation equipment, cleanliness procedures for transferring milk and condition for multi use of milk transportation equipment.
