Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Public Health Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the hygiene of milk. Section 3 establishes that no person shall sell, offer for sale or deliver anywhere in the Territory milk which has not been pasteurized in a manner approved by a Health Officer. The text consists of 63 sections.
