The Registrar of Zanzibar Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Board shall keep registers of every person carrying on the trade of dairyman and of all premises which are used as dairies. No person shall carry on the trade of dairyman on any premises unless such premises have been registered by the Registrar and no person shall carry on the trade of a dairyman unless licensed to do so by the Board under the provisions of these Regulations.
