Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to milk products. In particular, article 1 establishes that for the purpose of the present Ordinance “milk products” are those specified in Annex 1 as far as they are destined to be used as food. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Definition of terms (1a); Requirements as to production and packaging (2); Article (2a) is deleted; General labelling provisions (3); Special labelling provisions (4); Use of vitamins (5); Article (5a) is deleted; Methods of analysis (5b); Foreign products (6); Penalties (7); Special preparations (7a); Adaptation to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 and to the Food Information Implementing Regulation (7b), Entry into force (8). Three Annexes are enclosed, Annex 1a is deleted.
