Entry into force notes
The present Regulations have entered into force on 3 July 2003.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to licensing requirements for milk producers to obtain a producer licence. Section 2 establishes that these Regulations apply only to producers of cow’s milk. The text consists of 10 sections.
