Abstract This Regulation establishes a plan of action for the Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick. The Regulation specifies functions and powers of the Board and authorizes it to fix and collect levies and charges. Powers of the Board include prohibiting the production and marketing of milk and dairy products, regulating the manner in which milk and dairy products may be produced and marketed, fixing and collecting licence fees, fixing and allotting quotas for the marketing and production of milk and related products.
