Abstract

The responsible ministers have hereby granted an application made by the Milk Marketing Board for the approval of a scheme of reorganization, in accordance with section 11 of the Agriculture Act, 1993. The reorganization implies transfer of property, rights and liabilities of the Board and the distribution of remaining assets to producers who were registered with the Board. The Board shall continue as a body corporate until dissolved and carry out the residuary functions specified in Regulation 4. The text consists of 34 Regulations divided into 8 Parts and 5 Schedules.
