These products have to be identified as being produced in Austria; they must carry the expiry date. Moreover, all producers have to register with the competent authorities. Annex A lays down the requirements for the processing of dairy products, and Annex B contains safety rules relating to the workplaces. The Ordinance consists of 15 articles and 3 Annexes.
