Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 1985.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Milk Control Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the “National Milk Marketing Plan” and the powers of the Milk Control Board. The text consists of 45 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); Production (II); Marketing (III); Commercial export milk (IV); General (V). One Appendix is enclosed.
