Abstract The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the continuation of the Milk Control Board. The Board may, inter alia, collect and purchase; transport and sell milk to distributors and processors; and collect deductions and levies from producers. Furthermore, the Act deals with, amongst others, issues such as employees, powers, licences, hearings, inspections, borrowings, etc. The text consists of 32 sections.
