Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 1 February 2006.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Dairy Industry Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to classes and categories of milk. In particular, section 4 establishes that all milk that is sold in the Province must be categorized and processed, labelled, distributed or sold in the classes set out in this section. The text consists of 7 classes.
