No producer shall sell or offer for sale milk or cream that is not produced, handled and stored in accordance with this Regulation. No animal that is a) suffering from an illness; or b) infected with a disease, that adversely affects the quality or flavour of the milk or cream shall be stabled, c) so as to come into contact with animals from which milk or cream is obtained for sale; or d) on premises used in connection with the producing, handling, storing or transportation of milk or cream.
