Abstract

Regulations respecting the protection of migratory birds. The Minister may issue with such conditions as he considers reasonable, any permit referred to in Schedule II. Regulation 5 prescribes general prohibitions. Regulations 6 to 14 introduce various other prohibitions in respect of hunting or killing of migratory birds.
