Abstract

This Order establishes an Irrigation Authority for the Mid-Clarendon Irrigation Area constituted under the Mid-Clardon Irrigation Area Order, 1950. The members (not more than eight) shall be appointed by the Minister subject to section 56 of the Irrigation Act. The two other articles provide for revocation of the appointments by the Minister and the quorum at meetings of the Authority which shall be five. (6 articles)
