Abstract

This Methodology prescribes the method of assessing the value of the land parcels obtained by land consolidation, as based on criteria that is determined by the Law on consolidation of agricultural land. The assessment of the value of land parcels from the consolidation mass shall be expressed in value units obtained on the sole basis of valorization. The obtained value units for individual agricultural land collected from all criteria are multiplied by the surface of the land parcels, thus obtaining a total number of value units individually for each land parcel in the consolidation area.
