Abstract

This Methodology shall be used for determining the maximum and cumulative surface area of state-owned agricultural land that is subject to sale. The maximum area of state-owned agricultural land that can be sold to one natural person, i.e. to one legal person, including interconnected persons provided for by the Annual Programme for the sale of state-owned agricultural land is determined as a percentage of the total area of agricultural land in state ownership provided for in the Programme. The cumulative area of agricultural land in state ownership that can be subject to sale and can be sold to one natural person, i.e. to one legal person, including interconnected persons, is determined as a percentage of the total area of state-owned agricultural land that is present on the national territory.
