The fire protection plan is created on the basis of an assessment of all essential elements that affect the state of fire protection in local self-government units, companies and other legal entities and administrative bodies, as well as established deficiencies in the implementation of fire protection measures, in order to create conditions for organizing and successfully implementing fire protection measures.
